With simple lines and thoughtful details throughout, it’s a space that’s both stylish and easy to live in. We’ll walk through how smart design choices make this home feel welcoming and well put together.
Let’s start in the kitchen—the heart of this modern home. With sleek 360 Collection cabinetry in Oyster and Urbane Bronze, and smooth quartz countertops in Versailles Ivory, it’s designed for both style and function. The Teton cabinet door style brings a touch of traditional feel to the space, complemented by gold accents to elevate the kitchen to that luxurious ambiance the homeowners were after. The thoughtful cabinet layout and double islands make cooking and gathering here feel natural and inviting. From here, the rest of the home flows seamlessly, combining comfort with contemporary design.

Moving into the bar area, the design shifts to a high-end, sophisticated setting. 360 Cabinetry finished in an Urbane Bronze paint elevates the space and is topped with elegant Versailles Ivory quartz adorned with a small ogee edge profile. An island with lots of seating and sprawling countertop space makes this space perfect for serving up drinks and hosting dinner parties!
Continuing through the home, the designated pool bath stands out with its unique Smokey Blue painted cabinetry. The light, fun design adds an unexpected splash of character while maintaining the clean lines and modern feel seen throughout the rest of the home.
