Terms and Conditions

PAYMENT TERMS – NET 30 DAYS. A service charge of 1 1/2% per month will be made on all past due invoices.

RETURNED GOODS – Stock goods will be accepted only when returned within 30 days from date of shipment, in re-sale condition, provided return has been authorized by a written return order. Credit will be issued at invoice cost less a handling charge of 15% and less transportation charges of 3% of credit amount. Non-stock goods will be accepted only if the manufacturer will accept them and are subject to the manufacturer’s return policy.

CATALOG MAILING LIST – Use this catalog as your counter book. When your annual purchases are less than $5,000.00 you will be deleted from the following year’s mailing list.

DELIVERY CHARGES – A $35.00 stop charge on orders of $500.00 and above. For orders under $500.00 and not shipped on a Consolidated Supply route truck, actual shipping charges will apply. For dealers outside our standard truck delivery routes, a “special delivery” program will be made available to ensure consistent delivery and competitive freight charges.

CATALOG PRICING – Each section of the Consolidated Supply catalog has its own discount structure. Please be sure to refer to the cover page in each section for the correct discounts. We do not use one constant multiplier for our entire catalog. All prices are subject to change without notice.

DAMAGED GOODS POLICY – If goods are damaged in transit, do not sign the delivery receipt until you have the carrier’s agent or Consolidated Supply driver note nature and extent of damage on the delivery ticket. In case of concealed damage, obtain the damage inspection report from the carrier, or notify Consolidated Supply within 10 days. Consolidated Supply will not be responsible for concealed damage past the 10 day grace period.
