This bright and airy kitchen located in Omaha, NE is what pinterest dreams are made of! From the beautiful shaker cabinets, to the expansive vaulted ceilings, this kitchen boasts charm and character throughout, truly making this space one-of-a-kind. The homeowners chose white Sorrento cabinets around the perimeter of the kitchen, as well as the island, which complement well with the natural wood floors and ceiling. In addition, they chose quartz countertops from our Private Studio Collection in Eternal Calacatta Gold. The subtle veining adds nice movement across the countertops and creates a beautiful focal point above the range.

At the end of the island, you can catch a glimpse of the fireplace that gives this space such a cozy feeling throughout. We also love the addition of the built-in window seats on either side and can’t help but think of curling up with a good book as the fire crackles.

Alongside the main kitchen area, there is a small coffee bar, with a matching full height quartz backsplash and floating shelf.

Moving along into the family room, the homeowners added a custom bar and entertainment center in the most beautiful shade of blue. They selected the same countertops and shaker door style as the kitchen, but chose the color Midnight Indigo to add a pop of color.

Lastly, the mudroom also got updated with new cabinetry, hooks and a bench, making it easy to find what you need as you head out the door. Mudrooms are a great addition to any home, especially with kids, because they help minimize clutter and create a space for coats and shoes.

Overall this home renovation is a great example of how to blend old with new, without losing the unique character of your home. From the cozy fireplace in the kitchen to the built-in wet bar in the family room, we can imagine this family enjoying this home for many years to come!
