CKF offers granite in polished and suede finishes. Polished granite has a glossy, reflective surface that enhances color depth and makes cleaning easier—ideal for kitchen countertops. Suede finish (also called honed or matte) provides a softer, non-reflective appearance with slightly more texture. Both finishes are available to view in our sample displays so you can feel and compare them before selecting.

Sample policies vary by location and material. While full-size slab viewing is best done in our showrooms due to size and weight, smaller hand samples may be available for short-term loan depending on inventory and demand. Contact your nearest CKF showroom to ask about sample lending policies. We recommend photographing samples in our showroom next to your cabinet selections for the most accurate color matching at home.

After selecting your granite sample and receiving a free quote, CKF schedules a professional digital templating appointment to precisely measure your space. Following template approval, fabrication typically takes 2-3 weeks, followed by professional installation by our trained team. Total timeline from sample selection to completed installation is generally 3-5 weeks, though this can vary based on project complexity and schedule availability.

CKF fabricates granite countertops in three thickness options: 1.2cm, 2cm, and 3cm. The 3cm thickness is most popular for kitchen countertops due to its substantial feel and structural strength without requiring plywood support. The 2cm option works well for bathroom vanities and smaller applications, while 1.2cm is suited for backsplashes and vertical applications like fireplace surrounds. All thicknesses are available to view in our sample displays.
