Other exceptionally white quartzites include White Macaubas and Taj Mahal, though Super White is specifically sought after for its clean, bright appearance with delicate grey veining. Super White Quartzite is also commonly known as White Mustang Quartzite in the stone industry. Both names refer to the same brilliant white natural stone with characteristic grey veining. Some suppliers may also market similar-looking materials as Super White Macaubas or simply White Quartzite, though these can have slight variations in veining patterns and background color intensity.

Super White Quartzite significantly outperforms marble in durability and maintenance requirements. While offering marble's elegant white appearance with grey veining, quartzite is much harder and more resistant to scratching, etching from acidic substances, and staining. Unlike marble, which requires frequent sealing and careful maintenance, quartzite needs minimal upkeep and withstands daily kitchen use without showing wear, making it ideal for busy households.

The 3cm thickness is most commonly recommended for kitchen islands and perimeter countertops as it provides superior strength without requiring plywood substrate support.

Its natural resistance to moisture, low porosity when properly sealed, and minimal maintenance requirements make it ideal for humid environments. Super White Quartzite requires minimal maintenance compared to marble or granite. Seal the surface annually with a quality stone sealer to maintain stain resistance.
