When CKF provides cabinet installation or adjustment services, it corrects common variances that may occur during shipping and installation, including hinge and drawer-glide adjustments. Eligible door and drawer track adjustments are covered by a one-year warranty at no additional charge. This support helps cabinets continue to align and operate properly as the installation settles into place.

For a drawer glide failure covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, CKF will order the replacement part at no charge. You may have the part mailed to you or pick it up without an installation charge. CKF can also install the replacement part for a service fee, giving you flexibility based on your preference and the repair needed.

Wood cabinet doors can react to seasonal temperature and humidity changes. CKF recommends allowing a full year for the wood to season through those changes before determining whether a door remains warped. If the door does not return to its original shape after that full seasoning period, CKF provides one complimentary replacement under the stated service terms.
